Time to re-think who you are in the global economic arena. It is a new ball game.

Being betrayed by Big Government, Big Money and Big Business, we need to re-think who we are in the global economic arena.
Free Trade and Globalization have proven to be a Trojan Horse that carried the betrayal of workers throughout the world. NAFTA, GATT, CAFTA, WTO, World Bank etc make believe trade agreements that were all about moving production and factories from place to place anywhere in the world for the sake of cheaper labor has now backfired. Economies based on making money on money instead of making things are burning out.
Free Trade and Gloalization are not even mentioned as causes of the global economic crisis. However, the lost value of labor and workers have impacted the money products directly.
President Obama bailed out Big Money and jumped over the suffering of workers who lost their jobs with many losing everything it took a lifetime to save. Big Money and Transnational Corporation are now partners in a new type of Socialist Capitalism where they live off the losses of workers.
It is time to re-think who you are. Time has run out. The Economic Trojan Horse is upon us.
Workers no longer can think of themselves onlys as workers. They need to think of themselves as centers of commerce independent of all the external forces that took them down. Instead of having a mind set of being only an employee working for someone they need to broaden out their consciousnes as a powerful center of commerce that can buy and sell anything. It's best to think about making or growing something but in the absence of fair trade, they need to focus on any items possible for resale. We need to think about mercantile centers, bartering ( best way to trade in a tax free environment) , local money scripts (based on local value of work) , bizarre markets, artisan activites and even massive flea markets based on local added value products - local value added products should govern all transactions now.
We need to think refurbishing, restoring and fabricating from what is on hand instead of thinking buying something new. Service personnel should think about making a living fixing things. Those who think they can live off the land should gather into communities and do it.
There is no difference between President Reagan's trickle down economy filtered through raw Capitalism or President Obama trickle down economy from the mountain top of Big Government. Neither works. And as long as both major parties ignore the consequences of Free Trade and Globalization, we have only one major political party now based on Socialist Capitalism that will not work. It is time to rethink who you are in the global economic arena.
