The Grey People count is missing.

Bizarre Politics Reports:
There are many statistics about many things including the Trade Deficits where the stocks program on TV says it in only a comparison of data the really does not tell the real story about Free Trade.
There are no statistics for the Grey People
There are no statistics for the Grey People

The uncounted Grey People
The news reports tell us that another million or so, Blacks are no longer in the unemployment rate reporting because they have given up looking for work.
And then there are the Grey People.
I call them these people the Grey People
They come by every trash pickup day. They searched through the
trash and gabage for something of value. I call them the grey eople
because so many come in small trucks, vans and automobiles with gray
primer paint cover the rust. I never saw these people when I grew up
in a more prosperous time. I never saw many other things
either. I never heard of a president of a company, firing himself
and all his workers and then signing up as leased employees for a third
party company to survive. I never saw people making only a $100 a
month and who were recorded as employed. Back in the 1970s, unemployment reporting was primarily based on 40 hours a week full time workers with benefits.
Unemployment insurance played a part in the reporting too. However,
today only about 38 percent of all workers qualify for unemployment
insurance and the Bureau of Unemployment uses different ways to record
unemployment . They call a certain number of households across the land
and ask the person that answers the phone if they looked for job in the
past month.
Then, by statistics measure who is working and who is not. No one
seems to dwell on the contradictions involved and the news media
announces the figures without any disclaimers athough about 62 percent of
all workers are in limbo as far as what is actually happening to them in
terms of work. A few years ago, the term underemployment was used to
note how many were seeking full time work but this term seems to
have vanish from any kind of reporting.
Back in the 1990s,
an organization called Getting America Working reported that about 50
percent of American human resources were not being used. No
one seems to want to question this either these days. Various states have
given taxpayer money to foreign assemblers to build their factories in
their states. I go into this at other sites but this too is not
talked about that much. It also can represent another lost statistic
about the degradation of the value of workers and how much the value the
U.S. lost in terms of all the jobs they exported to other countries.
Today states are willing to pay out about $150 million dollars to create
only about 5,000 jobs. The cost of other government programs to
create just one jobs sometimes adds up to more than a million
dollars. Our main example about the insanity of it all is the state
of Indiana paying Honda $160 million dollars to build an assembly plant in
their state that created only 5,000 jobs. In general the parts come
from across the globe from all the underclass wage worker markets. In the
case of Indiana, while they were giving Honda the money to built the
plant, about 20,000 auto parts workers lost their jobs and no one adds or
substracts the lost. If a count was made, covering all the middle
class jobs that were sent out of the country, it would most likely add up
to more than the recent trillion dollar stimulus package. The
economists talk about the Trade Deficit as just a economic statistical
tool but they never give a value of what all the lost jobs that were
exported to foreign countries. It would be a gigantic amount in any
kind of comparison with the U.S. going through the most massive
dislocation and lost of jobs in its history. Millions have lost their jobs
since 1990 and I wonder how many trillion of dollars this is. Still
President Obama, a free trader like all the past three presidents, calls
for more of the same as the news media keeps reporting false data not
backed up by any real world happening.
I wonder how many Grey People there are who are considered employed.
