Bizarre Politics Reports:
The streets have been dark in the global village as millions have lost their jobs for years. Free trade now has more than a twenty year history of failures.
TAPSEARCH RAY TAPAJNA CHRONICLES ABOUT GLOBALIZATION
The long dark night in the global village has lasted for more than twenty years. The economic crisis is not new.
The free trader globalists told us that "protectionism" caused the Great Depression but the tariffs programs never really went did much of anything after the stock market crash. World trade was virtually non-existant for about ten years after the crash. President Roosevelt had the power to raise or lower tariffs at will but he found there were no wau to take advantage of anything like that due the the money crisis. President Roosevelt later introduced the Lend Lease Act that triggered the power of U.S. industrial base. Then World War 2 followed and the U.S. industrial power won World War 2. The U.S. enjoyed the most awesome industrial might the world has ever know. After the war, the U.S. duplicated its success in the restoration of Europe and Japan through the Marshall Plan.
The Phantom Economy
The Free Trader Globalists came and chopped up this power and left the U.S. in a global void. And now we live in a Phantom Economy worldwide.
More than ten years ago, Warren Beatty had a movie depicting the events that led to our current economic crisis. Free trade is not something new. Our economic collapse started years ago. Politicians try to isolate our economic crisis in just current time intervals while the core of the crisis is hidden.
The major cause of our economic crisis is free trade with a history of more than twenty years of failure. "Protectionism" has hardly any history at all. Actually free trade is a form of it with the free enterprise system being locked out of the global economic arena. Free trade is isolated to just a few who control the flow of wealth. The WTO an international organization also controls economic events and it is an organization that never was part of any democratic process of elections. It operates outside the will of the people. It is operated by the money changers of our times.
Back in the 1970s, our current unemployment rate would have been investigated by Congress. Back then the unemployment rate was primarily based on full time jobs. Today, the reporting even includes those who make less than a $100 a month. This would be a laughable matter back in the 1970s and the people would have forced Congress to investigate these oddities.
Back in the late 1960s and early 1970s, IBM trained thousands of workers in systems and then laid off about 10,000 of them. These highly trained workers in IBM systems quickly found jobs at corporations hungry for computer talent. This was one of the ways IBM used to capture the market. There were no college courses in computer yet. It was done under the radar for fear the public would reject computerization. The people were told that computerization would mean more leisure time for all and that people should be preparing for a shorter work week. In 1992, IBM and AT&T/NCR Computers cut more than 250,000 workers and this should have exploded the theories of the globalist free traders but it did not. Instead President Clinton proclaimed prosperity after passing both NAFTA and GATT that robbed the us of our dignity as workers.
This has happened but in the opposite way. And the real damage came when our government participated in sending all the technology to other lands. They sent technology that took a generation of computer workers to complete. All the accomplishments that took years to develop was suddenly sent outside the U.S.
The money changers thought they found a way to create money products instead of doing things the longer usual historical way. President Obama now comes and bailed out the money changers and put them back in charge of the process while ignoring the suffering of workers.
The elderly are taking a hit too. Many seniors planned their retirment based on earning interest income on their savings accounts. Now they find themselves earning practically nothing while their social security income has been frozen at a stationary rate. Many have joined the underclass and live in poverty now.
More workers and seniors now are outside looking in at the global economic arena. It has passed them by. Underemployment is no longer an applicable term with many jobs now being only part-time, temporary, casual labor, contract and leased jobs. Many others are sacrificed at the altar of greed for the sake of the stock market. The stock market is now subsidized by taxpayers with this group growing smaller and smaller. The payroll tax now acts as a flat tax on the working poort with about 70 percent paying more in payroll taxes than in income taxes. Only a few in politics talk about this while the payroll tax goes into the general fund just like any other tax and is part of the bail out money being.
This is the real state of our union. Who said we had to compete like this in a global economic arena? Why was our industrial power chopped up and spread around the world instead of duplicating the success in other lands as the U.S. accomplished with the Marshall Plan.
Instead people like Alan Greenspan talked about money products with equity loans being a good creative money product. And we know what followed that. The housing market collapsed.
Our economy based on making money on money instead of making things
is now collapsing with no end in sight. President Obama's funny money programs just hide the inevitable.
The terms NAFTA, GATT, CAFTA, WTO are all left out of any news report as being the major causes behind our economic crisis. Use these terms widely and openly because those who betrayed human dignity in the workday don't mention them.

Only 38 percent of U.S. workers qualify for unemployment insurance. What are the other 62 percent doing?
